Default need some advice for car repair

So on Halloween i parked my car under a carport instead of my garage ( i know fail on my part) and low and behold my car was pretty much assaulted by a flock of chickens, being the fact that at least a dozen eggs were all over my Z. plus they knife the hell out of my roadster top and tried to force the windows down for some more halloween prankster trouble.

anyways... so i called my insurance company which is covering the damages but when i went to the repair shop (which i shall not name unless they totally crap out on my car) they were saying that the scratches are wear and tear ( from the eggshells) and the paint discoloration (assuming from the yolk protein etc) could have been something else. My intuition says they will fix this problem, but if they dont what do you guys think i should do next? judging maybe someone has had this happen to him on the forum as far as a repair shop not repairing something that should be as obvious as this.

i know i know i should have never parked my car under the port especially during halloween so again.... fail on my part, but guys any help would be greatly appreciated

To many shops to stick with one that right from the get go is hesitant to help you out.
