I bough a beater dd to save gas nn tha' POS won't pass smog haha

95 civic hatch and I think the reason it's not passing becuz of the headers and tp..

 

damn if it has TP n Headers then thats definitely whats keeping it from passing smog i wished i had a good hook up but all the shops that say they will do it will only do it every once in awhile. n they charge an arm n a leg...but u might have to find someone else with the same car as urs that can pass smog n have them go there with you n have them do the smog but just put ur cars info in the system instead of there's.
