The awesome place to go up in the OC/LA area is West End Alignment. He is recommended by all the socal race car guys. The only downside, is that he is always busy and it requires an appointment to be made (usually a couple weeks out).

Would need to call to find out pricing but I am sure he is not the cheapest on block. However, I have never personally heard anyone say his prices are super expensive...most say that he is pretty much the same as other shops doing race alignment and suspension work, just usually better work than most of the rest.
Actually the opposite. Darrin is super affordable and the best race alignment guy you will find in SoCal. You will not believe anybody until you meet him in person and experience his alignments in person.
His work is top notch, and Darrin is exact with his measurements.

Darrin is great! He always makes sure you're satisfied with the way your alignment comes out.
Regular all wheel alignments are around 100 bucks and generally take about an hour. Best bet is to call him and get all the info you need!

Damn, anyone in OC that is reputable? I need an alignment for 2 cars. Went with "Zubies or Zubares" back in the day but got a stripped lug and over torqued toe bolt (someone on here suggested them bleh).
Vodie's does an awesome job in Westminster. $70 bones for both front and rear. Look for Hank.
+1 for Darrin and West End. I just took our WRX over to him last week, and Darrin was insanely meticulous in assuring that every aspect of the alignment was on point, depending on what you use your car for and what you're looking for.
I'll be taking the Z over to him next month.

I'm not going to bore you with all the details, but what it boils down to is that Vodie's doesn't honor their warranty or their work (avoid older pony-tailed tech Mike at all costs). I had to pay twice for an alignment within a few months and also burned through a set of tires because of the poor job the first time.
They gave the typical lame excuses for the bad alignment, even blaming it on me for "driving on bumpy roads". I'm surprised the owner Hank could keep a straight face as he spoon fed me all the run of the mill BS excuses for their bad work (they never set the front toe correctly).
Hopefully they got it right this time, but don't be surprised when you have to come back to have them fix their work and they start shoveling all the blame on you.

Is this thread still accurate? West End are the best for alignment?
I am currently fitting coilovers plus camber arms/toe bolts/front control arms so my alignment is going to be totally out of whack.
If anyone knows any good shops closer to Tustin that would be good too (looks like this is 30+ miles).
Does West End give you a printout of your settings afterwards?

Was really happy with JCs in Huntington Beach, honest and hardworking. Was very UNhappy with FV Tire Pro, Pepboy's reject in the back will tear your car a new hole while you wait.

went to west end last week. costed about 120, after that took the car to the track this weekend and i have no complaints. definitely worth it.... in this instance you get what you pay for.
you get no print out because everything is done by hand. he will make you test drive your own car to see how the alignment is and will adjust accordingly to what you say. also he's going to ask you what you're going to be using your car for.. track, street, combo of track and street, etc then set you up accordingly.
make your appointment and don't be late. he's a busy guy, so respect his time and he will respect yours and spend at least a full hour on your car.
