I hope to get my car back together to hit the track in Sept. really thinking about the Nismo V3 front end this time.

 

Buttonwillow was a blast! It was hot but much cooler than I had anticipated. I think I may have had the 2nd best Z/G Challenge Time, with a 2:09.XX

Oh wow. I didnt know I actually have accumulated 10 pts for Z/G challenge. LoL. Anyway, its always good to see many Zs on the track there. Nor. Cal. track days usually have only 2-3 Zs and overwhelmed by s2000.

 

S2k in SoCal is also the majority. They don't have as many waxers.

 

You're lucky to see 3 350Zs at a NorCal track day

 

Our last event was August 19th at Buttonwillow raceway!

We had 3 competitors all in the street class.

Although there were about 8-9 z/g cars only 3 registered and they are the ones that are able to claim the prizes for the z/g competition.

Sept 15th will have a new type of classing where we will be able to put the z/g's along with other Nissans that can compete.

Dam , I have a wedding to go to on the next comp day , but I will probably be at willow on sunday

 

The rules update will only be for the nissan competition. The Z/G challenge rules are the same.

 

The Point system for the Z/G Challenge should add point for VQ35HR engine since the horsepower difference vs the DE is quite an advantage. Just a little suggestion to help perfecting the point system.

 

I'm planning on going to SOW on November 4th. I don't think its part of the series but any other Z's wanna get together on that day?

 

What about buttonwillow with speed ventures oct 21?
