Pat... I second that E-motion... provided the club gives Amy a better camera... great pics -- a little blurrrrry though, but great to see all of you together with a great collection of Z's modified all over the place. Simply great.

It must have been fun... I envy all of you who attended and I would have driven there myself to attend if there were some water bridge.

 

I used to and still organize most of the Celica meets here in San Diego. We usually meet at the Old Modern Imgae on Pacific Heights Rd and Mira Mesa Blvd, rt off the 805 freeway. I'm down for organizing one for the z's, I was thinking of Presidents Day weekend. I can raffle off a couple of my Overlays.

I hear the people up at Mossy in Oceanside organize events as well.

This was never to be an EVENT. It was a planning meeting to have an event. It just kind of took on a life of it's own. If we had this turn out for a planning meeting, wait until Mr.Twisted (and us) get an event launched!!! This is all in the planning stages and we need to work around some of the other stuff already planned... dyno days, track events, car shows and driving adventures to name a few. It's amazing how quick my calender fills up with Z events!!! You have to love it...

 

I would love to attend... and would appeciate any information on this proposed event....to work it on a stopover to the east coast.

Sounds like it could be T.H.E. Z event of the year !

See, it just keeps growing!! We'll have something going soon, and have everyone involved from the start to finish as well. Feb/March is the rain season for our area, so the BIG event would have to follow... but we will have a ton of smaller things going on every month. In the spirit of keeping you informed, I'm working with the folks at Irwindale Speedway to sponsor a 350Z (nissan) 1/8 mile drag day, car show, swap meet thing. They tell me it would have to be on a Sunday because of their race schedule. I'll let you know as the plans begin to unfold.... Jeff
