I just use Google. Unless you have mods and are afraid they wouldn't know what to do. Most smog people know what they are looking at so if they if you have eo numbers your cool.

If you're willing to drive out to the South Bay (405 Freeway & Artesia) you can go here:

3/23 Update
I drove around and looked at several shops in the area and all had some pretty hairy setups with 45 degree test machines.
My setup is too low to make it up the machines so I settled with Cars Automotive in Redondo Beach and their in-floor test setup.
Their info is the following:
Cars Muffler and Automotive
617 Artesia Boulevard
Redondo Beach, CA 90278
310-371-7055 (Ask for Jim)
http://www.carsmufflerandautomotivecenter.com/
Also just an FYI: I passed both the visual and the dyno test with the following mods: Nismo CAI, Motordyne 5/16th Spacer, and Greddy Evo2 exhaust.
