The DMV site says that checks will be mailed in early 2004. Where are they?

I havent received mine. I wouldnt hold your breath though. I wouldnt expect to see it before at least March, but thats just a guess.

 

Haven't gotten mine yet either. Paid on October 17, 2003.

nope, haven't gotten anything.

i believe that the state doesn't actually have the money to give you right now, and will probably wait until after 2003 taxes have been filed to allocate the money to send you. yes, i know that technically they have your (and my) money, but it doesn't really work that way.

as for plates, it was about 3 months until i got mine.

 

I got the one for 2003 Altima. but not the one for my 2003 Z. Hope to get it soon!

Sweet. So it looks like the checks are starting to come in. That should cover a month's lease payment for me

 

I got mine last week for my Z.... $427.73.

 

Do you realize that our REFUND for one car is still more than a lot of people in other states pay for three cars!!

I got the one for my G pretty quickly, like early in the year. But the one for the Z hasn't come yet.

Apparently, refunds are issued in an order based on the date you paid your registration fee; not in the order which payment was due.
