Talking Z Cookout - April 4, 2004

Alright everyone...The Z COOKOUT has been prepared!!! Details details...Lets see....

It will be on Sunday April 4, 2004. It will be held at Wilson Park in Torrance. (I will give directions later).

It will be a day of fun ...An all day Z event.... There will be hamburgers, hotdogs, fruit, fried rice, some chinese food, some more meat for the grill (chicken, beef and pork), salsa and cake for dessert. All sodas and juice WILL be provided. Since Kash and I are pretty much doing this alone, we are asking $10 per person for this event...

Everything will be provided....We will have all the food and drinks. Also, please feel free to bring your basketball, volleyball and soccer *****.....There are basketball courts and a volleyball set up right there. (I will be on the lookout for a volleyball net to purchase...if anyone has one at home, let me know so I dont have to go buy one.) There will be plenty to do...Eat, socialize, stare at the mods on the Z's, play ball, or simply just hang out. We would like everyone to RSVP as we will be roping off an area so we can all park together...... In order to RSVP, you will need to send us a check for $10 per person. (I will give out the PO Box address later this week.) In addition to the check, we need some information from you.
If you are planning to attend, sign up on the post and include the following information:
1. Name (full name AND handle name)
2. Names of any guest you are bringing
3. # and ages of any children you are bringing (if any)
4. Color or your Z
5. any food you might bring

It might be hard to bring enough food to feed everyone and will probably be even harder to fit in the Z (and not have to worry about spillage if you have a guest), but if you DO want to bring something, post it also with the information. I think that is all the details I have for right now..If you will be there, please sign up to RSVP your spot. We will be giving out a small token of appreciation for every Z that attends. I will post up pics of the park, directions and the PO Box address later this week. Until then, make sure to sign up! Thanks

One more thing...It will begin at about 10am...and last until whenever we get tired..or the food runs out. Whichever comes first

Sorry we can't make this event. We host the GLOCK GSSF Match that weekend it's a national event and we get 250 shooters in the 2 days, but we still can offer you food warmers, tent covers and many other party stuff. Lysa let me know what you need help with.

Btw your going to the All Nissan Event on the 20th aren't you???

Hey Mr. Twisted,
As for the help for the Z COOKOUT, I do appreciate it...More than you know. I might have to take you up on your offer As for the All Nissan Event on the 20th, I am not sure we will be able to make it, unless its ok for us to come WITHOUT the Z....Kash ripped off part of his front bumper (doesnt even know HOW he did it haha) but he will be working on it....I dont know if it will be ready by the 20th...But if its ok for us to come without the Z, then we will definately be there! Let me know...That might also be a good time to pick up some of the food warmers and tents if possible...(I have my Durango so I can hold lots of stuff in there!)
Also, if it IS ok for us to come without the Z, then please let me know what I can help with....If you need me there earlier, let me know...I dont really know what you would need help with, but I would be glad to offer my help where needed..Let me know. Talk to you soon!

I will be posting up pics of the park tomorrow (as long as I can get them resized) and will be giving directions later this week.
Thanks.

Well, I should be moved to Fullerton by then (moving from portland oregon) so if time permits and I can figure out how to make my way around so-cal, I'll be there. I can bring some food and supplies if you just let me know what you end up needing.

Looking foward to meeting new people!
