Don't know if I can make it now to Hooters with my Z. This is what happened. They busted my Veilside lip, torked the left side bumper and broke the plastic molding that holds the lip. Superior had put my Z up on a flat rack to get the oil change done and when the car settled as it was being lifted up, it busted the front left of the lip and bumper. Man I am &%$#@in' pissed!!!!!!!
So they now are having to reorder a new veilside lip, repaint it and put the clear bra I had it on it as well as fix the plastic molding and move my bumper back.
I think I will show but will be in my beater car if you guys don't mind.

 

Damn man, that sucks. It sounds like they are being pretty cooperative at least. Good luck with the repairs.

Ha! thanks! I know what you mean. Actually there bending over backwards to make things right on my Z which is very appreciative of them, esp. coming from a dealership in general. Not to many honest ones out there from what I have seen!

 

Sorry to hear that Jon, but on the other hand nothing will cheer you up like a boat-load of hooters. Am I right?

For got to mention: if anybody wants a veilside vr. 1 busted up lip, once its off the car, let me know. I have no use for it now.

 

Jon I really feel for you. I take all my service to Preformance. They take extra care on my car,or Jeff and Javiar will have ALL THERE A$$es. The Twisted Z has so much different stuff on it now, I doubt that any other dealer would touch it now anyway.

Hope everything works out in the end. Better than new....

 

Thanks Ron! I do think they are going to do a great job. I know the manager there in the parts dept and he feels bad as well and said that if they don't fix it right, he will make sure they do it right until it "is right". I heard this am when I took my baby in, that that fella that damaged my Z Saturday, is no longer there. Too bad but, hey you have to be responsible for other peoples property!

 

Count me in if there is room. I just bought mine last night and already have 4/2 off for car shopping.

Are you talking about Superior... Nissan? That's where I got my Z and where the Salesguy told me that the Stock Nav system played regular DVD movies. I would never spend another cent in that place!
