Are there any Nissan dealerships who can put on a custom turbo kit and sell you the car with everything ready to go? I'm thinking of just buying a new Z with all the mods done to it already in the final car purchase price.

The only FI'd Z a dealer in CA can legally sell you for a street car w/ CA plates is a CARB legal one ... aka Stillen

Otherwise, you will have to buy out of state, register there and all that fun stuff

At $50k ... you can get one hell of a nice used NSX or Viper or 911... although used car loans aren't so friendly these days

Hey, what's up with the new Porsche Cayman S? Not that I could afford one, but it seems like a really nice Porsche.

I have a Stillen blower (cause I LOVE the sound they make ) but our mechanic is fabricating a new smaller pulley that will give me about 5 more lbs of boost. Numbers say should give me around 400HP at the rear which I do not want to exceed with the stock internals. Also had to buy a bigger fuel pump. Should be done in a few weeks. Woulda NEVER put that beast of a hood on top of my car unless it was for a damn good reason!

SO YAY OR NAY ON THE COLOR?

hey vision,
i am a carbon *****, so i am going to say yay, but jim might be onto something with the "be creative" statement. it might look cool to paint part of it yellow, and leave some carbon teasers.

i need to see it in person...hopefully tonight.

Chad in regards to our oil pan project. Check this link to the turbonetics install instructs. Look at the size of the oil pickup.... http://www.alteredatmosphere.com/pic...oneticspdf.pdf

We may need a slight redesign.
