July 17th, 2004 Brake STAGE 1/2 upgrade at Street Image.
So I was thinking since a lot of you guys are doing canyon runs and LA driving is a lot of stop and go traffic why not upgrade your braking system.
With all the heat cycling we do on daily driving and enthusiastic driving why not upgrade?
On canyon runs over time the brakes are prone to fade with your stock setup so why not upgrade to stainless steel lines, brake fluids and performance street pads.
If you need to, we can upgrade your rotors to slotted ones..
We can change your pads if you are needing that service.
I need to find out interest in order to figure out pricing...
I'm going to recommend ATE Blue fluid, Stainless brake lines, Either HAWK HPS or Axxis Metal Master pads... We are going to do a street/performance pad so that it does not dust too much.

But i'll get you the best price I can on them..
I might be interested in new hawk pads. I haven't checked to see how much pad I have left but do need a pad that doesn't put out so much dust. Getting very tired of wiping my rims every other day because of brake dust.
I still have a suspension pending as well that I want you to do.

You can check by looking at the pad through your wheels. Basically if theirs a lot you will see a meaty amount of pad... if not it will be like less than the thickness of a pencil.
When we took at NISMO35's pads they were right at the squealers which means replace your pads. I think I need to replace my pads as well. I'm going to have to see how many of you need these HAWK HPS pads... Our inventory is running low from our supplier.

big brakes are definitely the way to go.. however not everyone can afford them..
So here's a good alternative.
This brake package I've put together is ideal for those who drive with spirit and want something more and hate the brake fade of the stock brakes after a good run in the canyons.
