Mad props to Performance Nissan in Duarte for taking care of me! Finally got a chance to meet Jeff and was going to talk to Jason, but he was busy showing Jeff's car to someone. I had my car in about 3 weeks prior to Tuesday when they verified all the probs I was having. No questions asked...when I complained about the radio...No prob, we'll order you a new one. Headlights- no prob, we'll get you new ones. Tires, again- no prob, we'll order. In less than 2 weeks, got my tires in and Tuesday had everything fixed. THANK YOU PERFORMANCE for your super service! I'm telling you, it's worth the drive (I drove an hour + 20 minutes) to have them take care of ya.

Radio... I had CD skipping problems and they gave me a "remanufactured" or refurbished one. Did you get a brand new one?

 

Hmmm, not sure...How do I tell? It looks brand new, and at least no more skipping!

 

Yeah, my CD's were skipping like crazy too and they replaced the BOSE HU for me. (No more skipping too!) Before installing it, the technician showed me the replacement and it had a sticker saying "Refurbished" on the side of the unit. It's on the side, so you can't see it after installed.
