I recently backed into a SUV (i let me brake go on a slope while waiting for a light)

So my rear bumper now has 4 indentations in them (screws from SUV's license plate).

I was wondering if anyone know what is the best way to fix this. And if body ship is my only hope... any recommendations for an inexpensive and reliable shop in the SF valley.

Longo Toyota has an awesome body shop. The do all makes of cars, and they're real close to you in El Monte.
