update: the dash is not really gonna be done ... ill paint it, but I am not happy with the smoothness at all. I have moved on to the rear of the car .... should be ready by 6

well guys ... I have decided not to finish it tonight.

I am going to continue till the AM with this ... but I have been doing things in such a hurry that my work looks like doo doo. I have made numerous mistakes that have taken up valuable time. If I continue at this pace, I will have a "finished" product that I will not be happy with.

Theis kind of work you really cannot rush, it is a slow process ... almost an art (and I am surely not an artist), so I can't just be done with it.

Regardless, I will bring what I got, primer, bondo and all I could care less ... I'll rock out with any system at that show

 

ps - using your "woodshop" table saw area as your "clean room" for paint ..... NOT A GOOD IDEA

It's 4:30 am. Gotta get my car ready. I won't be joining you guys for breakfast. However, I'll be at K Mart around 7-15 am with my Vente Peppermint Mocha and lawn chair.

Great turnout yesterday guys. They got us this year but next year its on. I'm glad so many of us went. All the guys at Turbonetics when I was talking to them were like hey all you guys meet up every Tues. I was like yeah why? They were just really impressed that we all get together every week to chill. It was good time all around. Next year the North better packing something more then 2 Turbo cars...cuz its gonna be on!!
