Insurance waivers and judging docs for the event have been posted on the Transport website / Toys for Tots info thread.

It became very difficult to put everyone's info together, because nobody used the same method to register. So I am going to let everyone fill in their own. (yes, I know I should have done this earlier, but I've been REAL busy -honest!!)

I am attaching a Word Doc and PDF version of the judging sheet. The PDF will need to be printed out and written on. If you like, you can use the Word version, but it is not a form, so please do not destroy the format and try to keep it all on 1 page.

Just go to the latest post and look for your name/handle. If you need to add someone, add them to the end, not in the middle. Numbers are now set in "stone" You need not register on the forum to read content, but you will if you want to post.
