If the bolt is spinning it means you overtightened it and stripped it. It only gets threaded till the nyloc is engaged - they don't get all that tight, fronts ~ 45 ft lbs
Nope, not stripped. I mean the nylok engages, and the nut and bolt then spin together. On the rears, I used an open end wrench to hold the nut, but the fronts don't have that option

You need to use an Allen key wrench; goes into the end of the bolt and you use an open end wrench the spin the nut.
