Just got 'em back in and ready to go
Cusco sways - solid steel front and rear, same ones I run on my own car. Front sway bar is 2 way adjustable (20% stiffer than stock and 37% stiffer than stock), rear sway bar is fixed (73% stiffer than stock). Fits all 2003-2008350Z, 2003-2006 G35 Coupe and Sedan except AWD models or cars with rear active steering. Priced at $635 shipped in the 48 states

Cusco front strut brace - polished aluminum brace with the signature blue endplates. This is a great brace to run for those with a plenum spacer and/or aftermarket hoods - where the stock brace is round, this brace is wide and flat, so it offers improved clearance. Fits 2003-2006 350Z's

Priced at $195 shipped in the 48 states

up!

we've also got the Cusco A Arms available again! These are a great unit to use for street or occassional track days. Features a fully sealed rubber ball joint for smooth and quiet operation. These are the same arms I use on my own car.
These Cusco A Arms are direct replacements for the front A arms and allow you to adjust camber on the front of your 350Z or G35. These employ a special compound rubber busing to ensure smooth operation and minimize noise. Please note the lower conical shaped rubber bushing shown in the pictures is a factory Nissan piece that you can transfer from your stock a arms, or you can purchase new ones at the dealer prior to installing the arms (part # 40173-AL500). The actual amount of camber you can dial in or out will of course vary from car to car based upon suspension setup, rideheight, as well as your tire and wheel combo. However, these should provide more than enough adjustment to bring most cars back into the specs one could want (please note if your car is extremely lowered in front, depending on your particular setup you might not be able to adjust back to factory specs, though you will still be able to scale back the total amount of negative camber). We installed these on our own 350Z, which was lowered with Cusco coilovers approximately 2 inches, and were able to bring the car back to -1.25 degrees in the front, which is within factory specs. New conical seats can be purchased from your dealer (the stock ones cannot be removed from the stock arms without a puller tool - it's easier to just purchase new ones. No special tool is required to install the conical seats to the new arms).
For you trank junkies out there, or those who just want all out performance from your G and Z, these arms offer a tremendous benefit as well. The factory a arms do not allow for any camber adjustment at all. These Cusco arms however are fully adjustable and will let you increase the negative camber up front. While too much camber is not good as described above, going a bit more negative than the tame factory specs is very desirable from a performance standpoint. In addition, the adjustability on these arms allows you to dial in even amounts of camber from left to right, which of course leads to more predictable handling. This is especially beneficial to those of you that have lowered your cars with springs or coilovers, since the factory arms have no adjustment provisions at all.
All told, these arms have 5 positions: +4mm vs stock, stock, -4mm from stock, -8mm from stock, -12mm from stock.

The Cusco bar clears plenum spacers but is that for the 5/16th spacer or does this clear the 1/2 inch spacer as well? I'm running an 03 with stock hood. I can barely get by with my stock brace with some serious tweaking but I can feel it rubbing every so often so I need a solution and don't like the Stillen style.
And I can certainly appreciate that. However, when I go to your site to see the dimensions of the AAM plenum spacer for a comparison, because I want to buy this Cusco unit, there is no mention of it's actual thickness. Is the AAM plenum 1/2 inch or is it less?
**Edit** While even AAM's website makes no mention of the dimensions I found a post where someone measured it. Seems like it is 5/8's at it's highest point (hence the "angle" part) so while the Cusco bar may fit over this perfectly fine it is still unknown if it will fit over my "other brand" 1/2 inch spacer.
Thank you.
