No tools sold with it, we use a bearing race that we found fits. Any shop should have a socket or press tool that should do the job. If anyone knows of a certain size and brand socket that will press out the old bushings, please post it with its part number. Not all sockets are made to the same specs even if they are the same size. No, there is no metal race that presses into the arm. The poly bushings press into the arm, then the steel sleeve goes into the bushings. They are easy to install into the arm and can be done by hand with a mallet or a vice.
