New arms installed with the machined SPL bushings. My front end clunking problem is solved and the handling/steering of the car is spot on. I'm not hearing any noise from these bushings either.
I'll be sending back my old ones tomorrow, so hopefully that they get them turned around for someone else.

If you have already done the above, then this DIY should be a breeze for you. Not hard at all and very straight forward. Raising the vehicle and removing the cotter pins is probably the hardest part.

In regards to the ball joints on the radius arms, they are not replaceable at this time. All suspension arm cores are subject to inspection, and cores with defects that cannot be fixed will be rejected [exp: bad ball joint]
In regards to the ball joint on the steering knuckle, Nissan doesn't sell just the ball joint, you have to buy a steering knuckle with the ball joint already installed. There are some aftermarket ball joints, but they are a bit pricey. And then there is the eBay ball joints. I currently have those on my 350z and have yet to have an issue. Only thing I don't like about them is that the boot is a bit short. Luckily I sourced a polyurethane replacement that fits much better.

Sorry for the delay guys.
Been having technical difficulties along with some members not shipping cores back.
We are diligently working on sourcing more front suspension arm cores so that we can get these rebuilt items out to you sooner.
Again, sorry for the delay
