I traded my car in and put the OEM wheels and suspension back on the car.

 

how much drop from the front and rear?

 

I don't have the exact measurements, but with the stock 18" wheels and tires the rear fender will come down to about a half inch away from the lip of the wheel itself. The front can be slammed.

When you mention the "top hat" are you referring to the strut top mount? If so you must use your OEM strut top mounts. In regards to the collars, your just looking for a picture of the collars themselves to see the thread length? I will post those pictures up later on this evening.

 

In this picture, the rears had an 1.5" of travel left, and the fronts about a little over 3 inches.
