Is this one slightly taller than OEM? Or exactly the same height? I have the kinetix V+ and I'd rather have a slightly taller bar than have to use washers under my OEM.

I'm not sure how it compares to OEM. I had it with my Kinetix Velocity manifold, but the OEM bar fit over it too. I'll try to compare them next week when I'm done moving.

I think it should fit the HR seeing the same style is used with the cusco/arc and other strut bars!

It will fit HR, you just need washers to adjust/clear. You can get those at home depot.

I had it on my 04. I can't say if it will fit over the APS plenum, but I doubt it.

It's actual dry carbon fiber that is a hollow rectangular shape. According to what I found through google, it weights 2.9 lbs and gives 10mm more clearance than stock.
