The bar is NEW - never installed. It has been sitting in my garage since I've purchased a new playtoy, but it's a beautiful bar and will definitely stiffen up your G35. It sells for $200-225 plus S&H, but I'll sell it for $175 shipped (contiguous 48 states only). Shipping will be in the manufacturer's box. There will be no problems.
