Long story short, reading the Japanese instructions and trying to squeeze a small amount of red Loctite out of a bottle that was clogged, I accidentally squeezed too much Loctite into one of them and it cant be adjusted without letting that area soak in gas or some kind of penetrating catalyst to dissolve the Loctite for a few days I guess. The one is that is worn on the adjusting area is the one with Loctite in it.

The other one is new, never installed.

I was going to keep this set as a spare but I don't think a spare will ever be necessary. The Loctite one has about 7k miles on it. They come with mounting hardware which I never used. Do no reuse the plastic pieces on the steering rack where the inner tie rod goes when installing them.
