So I was thinking about our meeting at my house. Does anyone want to discuss formalizing the club and paying dues? I looked into it a bit, and we'd have to open an account to hold on to dues, get at least 2 signatories, and then maybe use the money to help pay for events, subscriptions, newsletters, etc. Make it more formal.
One more thing: Does anyone want to come back to my place for some afternoon grilling and beverages? I figure I'll make a day of it and relax at my place, especially if the weather's nice. I know some of you have been at my place before and noticed lots of traffic goes by admiring what was parked in the driveway or street.

Possibly. Personally, I don't think dues are worth it. We might lose regular members. A small car club like ours isn't one that should require a fee. Just my 2 cents though...
Just have people chip in when/if they can. I'll throw some in.
and yeah, I'll come over that afternoon for some of your grilling and beverages.

Don't worry about the official club dues or anything. It was an idea. I only suggested it because of the Ohio Z club and how organized they are when it comes to meets and parties.
