soooooo i guess i need a new clutch as of today. Started making some funny noises and smelling like clutch and slipping a little every so often! Hopefully it doesn't snow tomorrow and i can get my new tires and clutch before our meet!

 

Thats where Steve lived was in St. Michael but he just moved last year, to Omaha Nebraska cause Dave and Tara wouldnt watch the Kids for him so him and the wife could go out and do stuff and have alone time....

Yeah a new clutch is only like 70$, its the flywheel that is kicking my ***! Somewhere between 500-700 is the best i can find..... ugh

Wow another Z in St. Michael. I lived there almost 4 years and other than mine and when the Z guys would come over hardly ever saw one.

So if you guys can go to google maps, take a look at the route from apple valley to red wing. I was thinking of driving south on Cedar all the way to 212th St in Lakeville ?, then turn south on Chippendale Ave to 220th east, follow that to Hampton until we get to Hwy 52, then take Hwy 61 east to co/hwy 7, go south to Welsh Short Cut (the true twisties), which then spills back out onto 61 near Red Wing.

Yeah, the straight roads suck but it's a good way to open up the car and stretch the legs. Then the twisties will come.

I should be ready to go for this! Got my tires on order yesterday, got my nismo clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, SS clutch line, thowout bearing, and pilot bushing on order, got an oil change, and found out my battery is shot so time for an optima! Also got dave some tires and heard he is getting a Y pipe! Steve may come up and stay on my couch so I'm beginning to stock the fridge with beer in anticipation! Hope you guys are getting psyched up for this! Let me know if any of you need tires cuz my buddy said he can get us all really good deals right now!

Ill see what i can rig up. My car is still in storage so once i get it ill make my new video camera mount. My friend who is taking pics is also the guy who is making the TCZC window banner for me
