Not likely. We are busy.... picked over 2000 cartons of corn today, 500 peppers, and ended the day picking some more corn by hand (due to heavy winds last week). We have a busy next few days. the 1st is still light years away, and things could easily change, but I can't, in good faith, plan on going. Even if we give our workers the day off, I have enough fix-it projects on our equipment to keep me busy for days.... wheel bearings, bent shaft on our disc, rollers on the harvester head, electrical switch on the harvester, realign running gear on a corn slide (trailer), stearing box and tie rod end on a pickup, a truck tire and a forklift tire have nails in them, I am waiting on hydraulic motor to be rebuilt for our sprayer...and the list goes on.

then there's the whole irrigation thing. If I don't get .75-1.0" of rain tomorrow night, I get to start watering round the clock. Oh the joys of farming. Thank god it's really only like this for 60-90 days.

I'm glad you're the farmer keeping my plates full. I would have quit a long time ago. I like gardening, but farming on a grand scale is crazy. You da man, Aaron.

If we are meeting around noon I would be there. I got busted a couple of weeks ago in Illinois doing around 90 in a 65 and that kind of makes me a little sc...d on the cruising part. But a meet without a cruise is...... Anyway I can bring a 24pack beer. But the funny thing is I don't drink so someone would have to suggest a brand. Would really like to meet Spork before he ships out.
