I've been there every year tho i dont think I'll make it this year, it's always been a blast, my friends brother races there it's great to watch

So what's the plan? What do people want to do? Find a place to chill and talk shop? Drive around? Both?

 

Not a race car cruise like our last one is a mutual thing.

 

Yeah, for the plan lets figure out a park(make sure nothing is going on the same day of our meet at the destination), Mid-day we'll have a cruise around the 494/694 loop, meet back at the park, and if people want to stay they can, figured if people want we can drink or go to a bar as well for college football???

 

Here's something different. Tara and I have been wanting to go here for some time now. The owner's name is George and he traded in his 07 ZR for an 08 Nismo. I think it would be cool if a few of us showed up with our dates for a big dinner.

It's a new destination with different roads to discover. My mother-in-law will be here that weekend, so at least I can leave my kids with her at the house.

What do you guys think?

Mr. Smooth is and was right...but the Nismo was traded for an '08 Roadster..as my spouse and I both missed the sky and the 'civility' a bit too much...

Suggestions for meeting location:

New TCF Gopher stadium
Parking lot on W River Parkway and Dinkytown Trail on the Miss river
Stillwater
Porsche dealership at 394 and 169
somewhere on Minnetonka (not too familiar with this area)

Times I prefer are morning, after 9am and before 11am. I like to drive when there's less traffic around and beat the crowds at our destination.
