==Twin Cities Z Club winter modding thread==
I hope you tried cleaning out the old one before getting the new one...
enkei RPF1, NT03, RP03, GTC01, RPF type II, are all good quality wheels between 200-300 bucks a peice
you also can get just about any of the work emotion line
even check out AME wheels
I don't have anything against rota, but you have choices for lower cost wheels
Its not that I want to be cheap its just that its not within my budget to spend thousands on wheels.
Rota's arent that bad.
What do you guys think about godspeed wheels?

My motto on wheels and anything else you do to your car is that if you don't like what someone else likes STFU and smile cuz it makes your car look that much better in your eyes ;-) Nismo 558 go drink a beer and enjoy yourself and be thankful for your car rather than worry about what someone else has

If you want a reasonable good tire that's pretty cheap look into the General Exclaim UHP it's what I'm runnin on my Z. I gotta get new tires this year as well tho just the rears and i'm going back with them again.

I know this might be a stupid question, but I've never really read about the topic. If I wanted to take my timing covers off, will there be fluid issues that I have to deal with? Should I expect a messy uninstall?
don't mess with your timing cover. Lots of bolts, lots of potential issues...... just fyi, the timing cover is basically the entire front section of your motor, not the small caps, I think, you are thinking of
