alright guys. really time to get a meet going, and soon. im just gonna set a date and see who all could do something. we'll figure out a place to meet up or something as we go (mall parking lot or something)

how about next sunday? if too many people cant make it lets do it the next saturday for cars and cafe in the morning then go cruise from there.

lets get two lists going. if you wanna go next sunday do list no. 1, if you wanna do it after cars and cafe in two weeks do list no.2,, if you would do either put your name on both lists...... this is just an idea as of now feel free to make suggestions.

what times on these days? I work at 1 on saturday and until 6 on sunday.

 

just whatever times work for the most people.

 

List 1 should be later in the day like after noon.

List 2 will be in the morning after C&C.

I'll be available for both. Keeping fingers crossed....

 

ok so im gonna post on mitsustyle and mnsportcompact and see about getting some other cars to come. any ideas on where to meet? im thinkin this sunday around 1 or 2? maybe meet in the giant ikea parking lot next to mall of america? or ridgedale mall? any ideas?

 

well after looking on mnsportcompacts they are having their big summer meet on saturday. so it might be difficult to get any of them to go out the following day. i talked to a couple guys like peter with the red s14 240sx who said they would like to join so maybe we should wait for the following weekend after cars and coffee?

 

eh sunday wont work for my if its at 1, I will be at C&C though bright and early.

 

well im sure that a few of us will still be going to C&C anyway im just thinkin something for a cruise.

In for cruise this Sunday...once again, 1PM sounds far better....and WTF is with cars and coffee being so early its a 1/4 mile away from me and I never go bc its so damn early

 

its for those people who have actual real jobs, now me on the other hand it messes up my my whole sleep schedule just to go to the event. In fact cars and coffee is the only time during the month that i get up at 7am

 

ok sunday it is! we'll meet in the ikea lot accross from MOA at 1.

 

Still never early enough to get a spot in the lot so it's probably grass parking for me the place is like an hour away.

 

I guarantee you that the lot at Ikea across from MOA is going to be full. Do you think it would be fair for everyone if we met in a more central area of the cities? I suggest the U of M campus along the river near the new I-35 bridge or the State Capitol or whatever. If you guys are cool with the MOA/Ikea location, that's fine by me.

 

I'll tell some other folks too if they wanna join up with us, i will see ya guys on sunday.

ya i was asking some of the guys on mitsustyle if they thought the ikea lot would be ok and they thought it would be just fine, that whole area around the 35w bridge on the south side of it is under construction, its awful to get in there.

 

so ive talked to some other guys on mnsport, mitsustyle and nextx, and looks like we'll be doing the hwy 60 cruise, if we head down and cut over it shouldnt take more than a couple hours, im looking for to this.

 

possible cars so far are whoever goes from here, 3 or 4 mitsu guys so far, an M3 and an s2000. so hopefully some more will come as the meet gets closer... post this to any of the other forums you guys want. the more the merrier.

 

What about that guy with the black Vette that comes with us on the Spring cruises? I saw him at DCTC the other weekend. I bet he'd like to come with.
