I just wanted to know if anyone near north dallas wanted to race my 5AT Enthusiast. I am interested in seeing how much slower it is compared to a 6mt mostly stock Z. I would prefer mostly stock but I am so bored I will gladdly lose to any modded Z's that wants to meet up. Just want to do a friendly test.

I will race you, I have an auto though. I am curious to see what, if any gains I got from the two mods I have done to the car by racing a stock car.

I am planning to goto street night at ennis soon, maybe you want to come out. Although friends say go to hallsville.

 

never been to a track but sounds interesting. If you beat me bad enough I may have to get the same mods.

 

I was going to go to Ennis, but heard many bad reviews (crowd wise) from others so I have yet to go. What about hallsville? How far away is this place from us? Is it a 1-4 track or a full race track? Any info about this place would be helpful.

My Z is a performance model (6MT) and mostly stock except for a s.s. and AEM cai. The problem is that I have seen 350Zs lay down anywhere between 220-250 RWHP so there is a lot at stake in a race between two Zs except for the transmission.

Do you know of a safe, read: cop-free and traffic free, strip to have a race in our part of town?

 

I thought I did b/c there was this long industrial road near me that had no entrances for about 1/3 a mile figured it was about as safe as you could ever find since it was deserted at night, but I was out late picking up a milk shake and saw a police officer pretty close to the area so I would never do anything there now.

 

Try the access road on the southbound tollway beginning at Trinity Mills and ending at Westgrove. It is close to a mile and there are very few entrances, 2 lanes, and no cops. It is my favorite place to road tune my car.

hello deadstop. I finally got the ITR running but you are right it will never come close to your car from a dead stop. NO traction. It will do quiet well from a roll however
