If I get to go, it will probably be a spur-of-the-moment, whirlwind trip.

I've led and been in so many caravans (most of them going to the International Z Car Conventions). It's the absolute best way to travel.
Safety in numbers...you can't beat it !

Thanks for the invite though...

Holy crap this is an old thread...

On the other hand,
I have been to Deals Gap many times. It only took me 10hrs and 36minutes on my bike. Its 994 miles from my house so you do the math. Yeah I was buying gas every 45 minutes and I have the receipts and the GPS log to prove it. Lol. It was done early in the morning for the most part. I left Houston at 8:35PM. Talk about a blast, I am glad I got to do it before I got paralyzed. It is something that I will always remember. Here is a video that I took of a few friends on the gap. http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...51983573135522

Default hey! Hey!! HEY!!!

Whoever goes to the event I see you all there! Coming from Arizona and heading to South Carolina for 6 weeks of school. Afterthat I'm going to Houston where I'll be leaving my car and flying back to Arizona. One month later I'll return to Houston to live.
