Default Any luck with 04 Tire feather issue in Dallas?

I have an 04 with just over 10k miles and the front tires are roaring like crazy. The Service Rep @ Courtesy said if it was an 03 he'd fix it, but since it's an 04 it's $140 for an alignment. Has anyone had any luck with a Dallas area Nissan Dealer taking care of this at no charge? I hope to hear from someone as I love my car, but I can only turn my radio up so loud.

I can't believe someone at Courtesy Nissan said that to you. I have done so much business with them and have brought them so much business. I have never had a problem with them but that just sounds bad.

He was sticking to the Nissan party line. He wan't rude (as it may appear in black and white text) I was hoping that they would "Good Will" my claim, but at the time they wouldn't.
