Here is a great opportunity to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina and see some cool cars in the process!

The Mid-Tex Corvette Club is sponsoring a huge car show in downtown Salado, that will include a Corvette club, a Porsche Club, a Viper club, and many other exotics are expected as well!

Let's get some Z's over there to represent!

The show is Saturday, September 10th. Entry for the show is $20 per car with all proceeds going to the Hurricane Katrina victims.

Registration is from 10:00 - 12:00
Show from 12:00 - 4:00

We are having Texas Bar B Q
Entertainment by Ten Miles Deep

There will be a cash award of $50 & a trophy for the best Z car in show (old or new)
given by Bates Nissan of Killeen.

Best Corvette $50 & a trophy for Best Vette in show from Connell Chevrolet

Best Viper or Prowler in Show from Dodge Country gets $50. & a trophy.

Winner & Runner up awards for all classes. We will split classes depending on the amount of entries in that class.

We are giving a best engine award, and an award for the club that brings the most entrants.

There will be a $50 cash award for the best Wheel & Tire package by any entrant given by Tomz Wheels of Belton

We judge by what we call "Street Rules": Hoods & decks open, Doors open or at least windows down for viewing. Our criteria is up to 25 points for each catagory:
Interior , Exterior, Engine Compartment, Wheels & Tires Anything that is closed like the hood down gets an automatic 0 If the car is driven daily as min is we take that into consideration. We don't take off if the car is used, we just want it clean & not a neglected car.
We also have trailer parking.

This show is going to be held on the Banks of Salado Creek.
