Someone picked up the phone finally. I think it was his brother. He said his brother doesnt live there but gets his mail there and comes pick it up every now and then. He sounded surprised when I told him he took my money and never sent my wheels. He said he would tell him to contact me ASAP.

kevlo contact the police in sugarland...they are small enough where they can get someone to visit the house...have all your paperwork, emails, and anything else that ties him to the transaction
