texas license plate frame law
Ya know they almost did away with the front plate law but it didn't pass the senate. I wonder if it will make it to law this year? The frame law is ridiculous, I think Texas and New Jersey are the ONLY freaking states with that stupid law.

When I inquired about defensive driving, he changed the ticket to 64 mph to ensure that I would be qualified. The cop gave me a warning for not changing my home address on my DL and for an obscured license plate, the Southwest Infinit license frame covered the lower text on the Texas plate. I also didn't get a ticket for the limo tint and no front license plate.
My wife works at a car dealership. She tells me that the law changed in Jan 06 in Texas to no longer require the front plate; however the frame can't obscure the name of the state.
Give 'em hell.
Give 'em hell.
