wow man I'm really sorry to hear about it. I know how it feels because prior to my Z I owned a prelude and that got stolen. It's almost as if you can never own anything nice in Houston because it will only get stolen and hopefully whoever stole it will get what's coming to them. Just make sure if you see this happening to your Z you put some bullets in them. Other than that man, just always be weary and if you park outside always park under the light and put your sterring wheel all the way to the left.

Damn dude, it looks like my car when it was recovered. My interior was completely stripped down to the floorboard. I agree with the guy above about owning anything nice in Houston. Sorry to see the loss and hopefully insurance will make right on the claim.

Hey what about insurance? did they say they will cover anything? they should at least make it back to factory specs.

the insurance still has to go look at it, then decide if its a total loss or not. i probably wont hear anything for a few days.

Its probably going to be totaled. Considering they towed your truck on the suspension. Mine was towed the same way and I had just put a new catback exhaust on it three days prior.

I hate to say it bro but that looks like a junkyard job or some rebuilder's special. Those parts were taken to fix another vehicle most likely that will be for sale very soon. A lot of those Integra and SI theft recoveries are also junkyard jobs. Actually, after looking at the pics for a while, it looks like they stole anything that was chrome along with your tailgate and probably an aftermarket stereo. Someone that probably bought a base model is just upgrading.

Houston really is that bad. I went there for a week of training a few months ago and was astounded at the crime. I have visited alot of major cities in the US and have never experienced anything remotely like Houston. The morning news is disturbing what with all of the shootouts and murders. I actually saw a news piece where some guy threw a police dog off a bridge. I witnessed two high speed chases in person. I would never go back. I pray for all of you guys who live there.
