Just though I would post up the difference between the front and rear shocks/springs on a base vrs a GT 350z. I removed my springs and shock and installed (smokys) stock GT springs and shocks. The fronts where the same size and shape but the shocks on my Base where B B 2 and the GT where B K 2. the nissanpart numbers where alos different. The front and rears are in the below pics. The rears on the base were also stamped B B 2 and the GT were B K 2. The rear GT shocks are an inch larger in diameter and a bit shorter. The drive is better it does not pitch the nose into a corner and feels more neutral. I will update as I do some more spirted driving.

You sure that both of these shocks are 2005 and up shocks? 2005 and up have different shocks compared to the 2003-2004 models.
