I'd be down with it as long as people actually show up this time. Needs to be better organized as well, with a set route, meeting places and times (even at the Galveston POIs) so people that don't want to speed too much can meet up with the rest.

I was not the person who changed the meeting time at the last moment.

I know and I didn't imply that you were. Guy that organized the event, then changed the start time never even showed or gave any explanation afterward...

I know. How 'bout a run to include the Bolivar Ferry where we could get the bottom of our cars scanned by the terror police? Sounds like fun!

I would not mind a monthly meeting either, unless you guys don't want a 300ZX TT showing up!

err... no. I have yet to take a ride on that ferry where the car I'm in doesn't get a healthy dose of saltwater spray; no thanks on that.

That's what the friendly local car wash before you leave the island is for. Or do they still have those anymore?

Heh, they might; not sure I'd want to hang around the parts of town they're found in very long, though; there are some real choice characters living down there...

There is a nice bayside park down by me in Shore Acres, in La Porte. It's called Sylvan Beach Park. Kemah is like 5 miles away, the local police are very nice, and they would probably enjoy the show.

Saturday/Sunday mornings are very quiet down the main street in la porte.

Get it setup. I'd keeps maps and exact routes on the downlow until we all met up and could get copies. Walkie talkies never hurt. And definately get your buddies [if you have any] who own the usual WRX, SRT-4, S2000, etc to post it on their forums to get a larger group going. 20 is a nice number to stay around for a run.

How about a meet first, just a normal My350z Houston meet and then we can talk about the spirited runs
