So, I guess we should contact Mike @ TOP NOTCH PERFORMANCE and let him know to prepare for twenty or so cars for this event on Dec. 2nd at 11a.m. till whenever. Also, read something about possably having a DJ & Photographer there too. If that happens, that would be great. Doc, I don't know if that will happen still, so please let us know if any of us can still help make it happen.

And also, lets choose a central location for an after party, I mean "gathering" at a cool place. Maybe Champs, thats classy & cool. Whatever we all decide on, lets make it soon to give the place were going a heads up to serve us better. Otherwise it may end up like a slapped together event and suck. Again just throwing another idea out. Even though I may not attend the show n shine, I will still want to go to an after party. PM me or something.

Place: Elite Auto Salon (Top Notch Performance)

From the airport you will have to go 281 north and exit bitters and turn right go down about 400 yards and we are in the car care center on the left
turn left right before the sonic and Top Notch is on the right.

Pretty sure will have food & drink. Maybe Prizes. Still need to confirm with Mike. If we could get a DJ that would be great. Maybe someone can set that up. Sounds like this is going to be a very strong meet. Tell everyone its on.

 

dang you guys suck, i hate working the weekends, we can never get anything set up two weeks in advance, always last min. well like normal i will be at work while you guys have fun, take lots of pics.

Saturday is fine, that is what I meant, sorry. Sounds like this will be fantastic, be sure to bring cameras. Unfortunately this all fell thru for me in organizing due to the situation and I had to go out of town last minute for work. I appreciate all that stepped in to make this happen. I know Daniel had a lot to do with it....thank you!!! I am flying back into town tonight and will try to get in touch with Mike but not sure if I can do it until later as I am heading to the airport now. Lets try to give him a heads up and see what he can do for us in regards to discounts, prizes, food and maybe some last minute music. As for the after party, maybe Hooters in Selma? We had a mini gathering there once and then the girls were released to come outside and do a photoshoot near the cars. Just a thought but I know the parking lot is limited. I will go anywhere!!!!!

Solidsnake.... Top Notch Performance is off of 281 and Bitters now! They have just recently moved there about a month ago!

Actually it would be easier to take 35 S to 1604 then 281. I think. I know it is not but like 3 exits off of 1604.

 

The best route is to stay on IH-35 South towards SA. Before getting to Loop 410, take the Thousand Oaks exit. Take a right at the light & go 1/2 mile to Wurzbach Parkway. Turn left on Wurzbach Parkway & stay on this road until it becomes Bitters Road. Stay on Bitters Road until you see the Sonic on the right. Turn right after the Sonic and drive into the parking lot where Top Notch is located.

This is easily a 15 minute drive from the Forum. If you go Loop 1604 or Loop 410, it can turn into at least a 30-45 minute drive depending on traffic.
