I have all my work done at SGP. Not cheap though. Labor is $95/hr. Arguably one of the best shops in the country.

They do all my work as well. But, I seriously doubt they will have time this weekend. You will need an appointment since their workload is so heavy right now.

Default Engine Logics

Go to Engine Logics. They fix folks vehicles that other shops mess up. There is going to be a dyno event at E.L. this Saturday.

Here is the link to their website:

Just a thought.

Funny, SGP does the same thing. So much that they're booked solid for a while. Guess alot of shops think they know what they're doing....lol.

Yep, they aren't cheap. I just gave them nearly $3Gs. They put on some parts (headers, plenum spacer, test pipes, UTEC, UTEC map selector switch, lightened flywheel, clutch, and tuned the car on the dyno (3 different maps). Only thing I purchase from them was the map selector switch and clutch/flywheel. I brought everything else. If you wanna play, you gotta pay.

Your headers are similar to mine...almost identical...it'll run you close to $650 + tax to put the headers and HF cats in.

oh, i have no doubt you guys do top notch work. it's just painful when the cost of labor is almost as much as the cost of the parts themselves. but whenever i need any tuning or installation of major parts i know where to turn. thanks again everybody.

Well, the problem is the headers. They are not the easiest things to install! No room!

Like everyone said SGP is the only place I go to. On top of the top notch work they also stand by their work and will help you out to the best of their ability.

I don't have the number memorized........... I just have it on speed dial!

If you're in Austin why not check out Jo-tech? Never worked w/ them and pretty sure they charge a grip too, but I've heard they do good work.

I have had 10 of thousands of dollars worth of parts and labor completed at SGP and I would not recommend going anywhere else. Mark and Shawn are the best. They know their stuff and they are honest. Their integrity adds piece of mind. Piece of mind is as the say 'priceless'. Call SGP. You will wait a little, but you will not be let down. I have 10K+ miles at 500+whp from them and going strong. Just do it, like Nike!!!
