The last two don't go on your record. Also you can't use the last two if you were in a school or construction zone.

Anyone can correct me on this though

I don't know about the California license, and your tickets in California?
damn i got nailed with my 1st speeding ticket....20 over.
my question is which'll be cheaper take defensive driving or deferr?
or it adds up to be the same amount?
do you have to see the judge if you want deferr or can i take care of it over the phone?
