I just bought a house but I still have the lease on my apartment until may 2007. I got everything out of the apartment so if anyone needs a place to stay till May, Ill go half with you. Ill ask from you 500 bucks a month and you can use the attached garage. This is only until may when the lease is up. Utilities, are included, no cable or internet.

The apartment is located off 35 and parmer ln. Its 1000 sq feet. 2 bedroom and 2 full bath, upstairs on second floor. gated complex with pool and workout gym,. tanning beds and indoor hottub.. and dont forget the attached garage with stairs leading up to the apartment.

 

Actually I'd need your place for like a day or 2 if ya know what I mean lol.

 

HAHA. Give me 100 bucks a day and you can do as you please. LOL

 

Can you sub-lease it? Might want to look at your lease agreement so they don't try to stick you.
