Baker Jackson Dealerhip. "I hate you" letter.
My service experience was at minimum, excruciatingly painful. I went in expecting a certain level of courtesy and expertise. My car had some repairs that needed to made. I totally understand it may take several days to repair. However, I was surprised to see my car sitting on the lot for two days without any work done. In addition my car was left unlocked. Does anyone want to steal any belongings in my car? If my car wasn't going to be worked on, why not just ask me to bring it in another day so I won't be stranded for an entire weekend. I paid a premium for a Gold Preferred warranty and now Nissan wants to charge me for a problem that has never been fixed to my satisfaction. I am never bringing my car here for service again. I will go out of my way to have it repaired somewhere else. If Nissan wants to treat their loyal customers this way, I will change my allegiance to that of a manufactuer who knows what the definition of service. A car maker that understands "satisfactory" is not enough.
took my z to the one on 290 for some body work... they first tried to return my car to me with bumps in the paint, left me waiting for hours on them to "buff" the bumps out then to tell me they had to repaint it... 4 days turned into 9 days... never again will i go to baker jackson.

yeah baker jackson south sucks big ones! i took my car there one time for my first "free" oil change, well lets just say that i had to pay $1000 deductible, and my insurance company had to cough out a check for $2500 in repairs, mainly body work. but then again it was partially my fault because i had a remote starter in it, and its 6spd. but you would think if you tell the tech thats dealing with your car not to push a certain button, that he wouldn't push it. on top of that, who leaves their car in reverse gear without the E-brake lifted? point is their customer service sucks and so does their responsibility of taking care of customers cars. And FYI...STERLING MCCALL FTMFW!!!

If it's not to far for you my wife and I go to Champion Nissan out in Katy. They are always treat us well. Granted we did buy 2 cars from them, but the service dept. has always been very helpful. I also had a bad experience from BJ south. I got an unexpected SEL on my Murano while in the med center so I stopped by. Not only did the guy not wanna help, he acted like I couldn't afford my Murano. I didn't even bother to have serviced there. Took it to Champion and they got me in the next day and out in the same day.

Got some body work done away from Nissan. They did a good job. However, something crawled up in the engine and ate some wires. Took it to BJ North and they solved the problem. Very nice service and quite polite. Wassup wid dat?
