It was nice to meet you. It is always good to meet people that are as excited about these cars as I am.
I'm glad you took my advise and at least gave them a shot. It's good to see you feel the same as I do about the guys at SGP!
Did you, "get er done" if you know what I mean?
My install on my G Sedan cost me $0. My Subi bud, and I, installed it ourselves. It took about an hour to do. More or less. Before and after, I took my sedan to Engine Logics for dyno runs.
Nothing costs $0 unless your time is worth nothing.
Thankfully I had the resources to have it done by professionals while I lounged in the air conditioning, read "auto-****" and got to know the great people at SGP and plan my next mods and tuning.
I am very much looking forward to going back. They will be doing ALL the work on my Z from this day forward.

I didn't infer that you had a "problem." Time is money. I don't know what your time is worth, but I'm sure it is not zero. The inch-pound torque wrench alone is worth over a hundred.
On the other hand, I had a "problem" of having only one arm right now due to a dislocated shoulder, so I was lucky to have the luxury of SGP as a resource, and I was so pleased with their work, their shop, and their staff, that I look forward to going back for more.
The timing could not have been better and I could not be more pleased. Mark rolled out the red carpet for me (took me along on a test-drive of one of their 1000hp creations) and I had a blast. I'm glad I didn't miss out on this opportunity, and just wanted to say "thanks" to those who extended offers of help and to the fine staff of SGP.
While I'm sure you had a blast installing yours, I'm quite certain that I had even more fun at SGP.

I missed a catered BBQ pool party with kegs to spend my Saturday at SGP. Best decision I've made this year, and I probably had more fun! Honestly, it was a blast to be around that crew and those cars for an afternoon. I can't wait to go back and finish my next level of mods.

Id love to hook up with a few passionate guys with their modded rides just to get a true look at exhausts, FI/TT, whatever....up front and in person is no doubt the best way to go...and enjoy a cold beverage or two while hanging out. I keep reading about the HPD runs, but seems not too many Z's participate.
Ciao.
