But eh, I don't care. At this point, I'm not going to put too much more effort into it until she does the same. I just made this thread for future reference. But keep the suggestions coming. Who knows? Somebody else may find this helpful.
LOL I was typing one thing but thinking the other. I ment DMA = Dallas Museum or Art and Kimball Art Museum on Ft. Worth. The collections are decent. I've seen better but it does the job as a date activity. BTW it's the job of all Asian fathers not to like you.

Hmm.. I've only dated white girls until now, so I guess I didn't know. Traditional Asian girls FTL.. too much work and expectations.

That's right man. Once you get to a certain age you have to be a provider or at least have a strong profolio. White parents will be your best friend.

Theres a place called water fountain park in dallas underneath one of the big office buildings...it might be the bank of america building in downtown, but not certain on that...there's a really classy restaraunt there, but i cant think of the name...

why not try reunion tower and take her to the hotel aftewards?

or how about taking a drive around white rock lake?

Could specify where exactly the water fountain park is? That sounds interesting.

Also, where's white rock lake?

Her dad definitely doesn't like me. I don't see her coming out as often as she used to while her dad's visiting.. Damn asian parents and their strict rules.

Sorry, it was called Fountain Place: http://www.dallassky.com/bldg05.htm
http://www.fountainplace.com/
and the Restaraunt thats located there: http://www.avantirestaurants.com/

White Rock is off of Garland Rd/Northwest Hwy/Mockinbird Lane in Dallas. Its right next to the Dallas Arboretum, which is another place to take a date.

+1 Chris. A very nice place but it is a bit $$$. Don't know how that will fit into your student budget.

For the time being, I'm not going to be throwing too much money at her. No need to spoil her just yet.

^^True that, never ever ever. hahaha, that is her daddy's job...and once you get married, he should continue to support the spoiled little girl he created. Gosh, Plano sucks about that, so many spoiled girls out here...i hate it.

It's just what I heard from other people that knew her before me. She doesn't spend that much though, so I can't confirm. Plus, I feel weird when girls buy me things.

You really want to impress this girl than take her to one of the following restuarants for dinner:

The Grape Restuarant - http://www.thegraperestaurant.com/index.htm

Amici's Italian Restuarant -

1022 S Broadway St
Carrollton, TX 75006

(972) 245-3191

Both of these places have awesome food and very intimate settings.
Perfect places to entertain a date and very intimate.

You can expect to pay under $100 for either resturant.

I would definitely make a reservation don't just show up and expect
to get a table.

Trust me on this!
