they are just little suction cups, I'm trying to explain, but its kinda hard. on one end of these little suction cups is a nub, and i just pushed it through one of the four holes on the liscense plate. go to any target or wal mart and look at the suction cups, you will need tiny ones, and you will see what im saying.
