Mossy Nissan Houston
It all started when my ac stopped blowing cold. I figured it was something simple since it happened very fast, like a switch or a leak. Against my better judgement I decided to take it to the nissan dealer nearest to where i now live (Mossy Nissan). When I got there the sevice personel was very nice said all the right things (like going over my car in great depth cosmeticly). Every door ding (1) and rim nick (1) was spoted and accounted for. I was impressed. Then next day the service person called said that the tech was looking at my car and they just wanted to let me know. Once again I thought that this was above the call of duty. I was updated that same day that they had found the problem and that it was a leak in the lower ac hose and they recomended it be replaced and problem solved. The hose was 198 dollars and about one hour of labor to put it on. My total was going to be 587.62. I told them that would be fine go ahead and fix it. They called me each day to update me on the status of the hose, and when it got there (today) they told me that the tech would be putting it on this morning and my car would most likely be ready this evening. I get a call around 12:00 and I think that they are calling me to tell me that my car is ready but, they tell me that I also need a ac condenser. Now they are telling me that it was a combination of hose leak and ac condenser leak that was my problem. I start getting mad.
I'm not saying that it wasn't a combo of the hose and condenser. I've worked in a service department before and when something is wrong you check everything before you call a customer and tell them anything. So to me it looks like 1)they are trying to **** me over or 2) they don't know how to diagnose problems. Either way I don't want them to touch my car and I told them I am coming first thing in the morning to pick up my car. Am I being **** or does anyone else see this?

I will never step foot in that dealership again.
Do yourself a favor, and go get your car.
Do not let them touch a thing...nothing.
I bought my 06Z from them, and had a Nismo
spoiler added on. It took them well over a month
to get it done. I had to go back and forth several times,
and had to get it repainted twice. They would tell me
the same crap abouth the car being ready, and it was not.
The paint jobs were horrible, and did not match at all.
There were runs in the paint! They actually left runs in it.
That is the first thing you check for right? After all that, they
wanted me to pay an additional $350 because they "misquoted"
me on all the labor costs! I actually had to talk to the owner of the
dealership twice! All I know is that they are liars, and I don't trust
them at all. Hell even at the finance office they were playing with
the numbers and terms. I caught them trying to change the
apr %, and then they tried to change it from 60 months, to 63 months.
STAY AWAY from mossy man.
oh yeah, and to top it all off...these a-holes put a screw in my rear
driver side tire resulting in a slow leak. I had to air it up every two days
or so. The last time I was there, was for the tire, and they bring me the
screw, and tell me that the tire is not repairable, but for $350 they can replace my new tire with about 800 miles on it.

Their trying to pull a fast one on you! What year is your car and how many miles do you have on it, might still be under warranty? Secondly avoid that dealership...their just after your $$$...take it to Sterling McCall Nissan off of 59-South & W. Airport, they have very good customer service and will tell it to you like it is, or take it to any reputable mechanic and I'm sure they can do it for much cheaper!
Everyone has good and bad experiences with any dealership. I for one have had horrible experiences with Sterling McCall, and great experiences with Mossy. So I guess it depends on who you deal with, and what the problem is. I bet you if you list all the dealerships in Houston, there would be someone here that could give you both pros and cons about all of them.
