Gas mileage

I really should have updated this a while back...
I reset my ecu the G35 way (pumping the break pedal).
The lowest MPG I get is 19.6. The highest I have gotten is 24.5 (highway in traffic). On average I get around 21mpg.
After a diff fluid change, an oil change, & resetting the ecu again, my gas mileage dramatically improved. I can't wait to change my tranny fluid. I'll update afterwards.

Yeah, I wouldn't bet so easily. Let me prove you wrong again. You can get better gas mileage than that (I've gotten much much higher). All you have to do is go up to a real high velocity (e.g., 120mph), then coast just as you reset the gas mileage meter. After about 30 seconds, it'll read an extremely high mpg number with a high avg. mph. You really want to make that bet (again)?

after about a month or so of city and highway driving... got 20.0mpg at an average 27mph.
Driving at 60mph on the highway boosted those numbers for me. Used to drive at 80mph.

My last trip to Dallas I averaged 29 MPG at 70 MPH, but now that I'm back to stoplight city driving it's back down to 17.2 MPG. Sucks ***. Paying $55.00 to fill her up yesterday was not pleasant either.
