HAHA yea I am in the process of trying to sell my car so I can get a nismo z i found at another one of the dealerships!

 

Awww, that's too bad. (Not a fan of the Nismo).

 

I don't get it. Why do salesman get cocky like that, when the customer is their paycheck. Even if a 16 year old kid comes in, he shouldn't be laughed at, mocked, ignored...any lead is better than no lead for a sale.

 

Yea I have heard a few people say that but I like it

 

whenever you buy a car stop by his office and tell him that he is a dumbass and let him see the keys

I grew up at Legacy/Independence and almost all of my friends from high school still live in the area. My buddy has a g35 and is looking for a new nissan. I will tell him not to go there. He is 26, but looks very young. I had a few people jerk me around when I went to buy my Z, but the general manager knew me and he sold me a $50k Z in about 1 hour. The guy that thought I was full of it is still there and now I've purchased 4 cars from their dealership. He always asks for a ride in my car and I tell him to shove off. One day he tried to come look at my stereo and lighting display with the other salesmen at the dealership, and I closed everything up and told them all that when the jack *** leaves we can continue. They chewed his *** out and told him to get lost.

OT, but What school do you go to? Plano (central) was just opening when I graduated in 99. I lived on the West side, but went to PESH and wrestled there.

 

Van.. get him fired... I saw it all the time when I sold cars. He could have been a new hire and stereotyping.

yah the guy shouldnt have been a dick, but i will atleast say that as a car salesman your time is money.He was probably thinking that your 17yrs old for some dealerships thats not even old enough to test drive legally!, also thinking if your up there by yourself and no "co signer" he isnt going to make that deal today. So pissed off,broken down sales guy is thinking he could miss an "up" to make money in the time it would take to test drive you. Plus, you got to understand alot of young guys dont have there **** together like you do. Alot will just go up to a dealership and waste a sales persons time just joy riding never intending to come back to that dealership or even buy a car!I can tell you a few storys of test drives i had to stop b/c the kid thought it was ok to abuse the car. So i can understand what he is thinking but not what he did, i myself would of been more then happy to test drive someone that would appreciate a Z no matter there age! Plus, on the flip side a leads a lead......



Now, either way though the guy was an ******* he shouldnt have been rude about it and could of just said that he was waiting to work with someone or asked if you could come back at a better time.


Or you might of looked like that lawn mower kid thats been banging his wife/dog and wanted to take it out on you.
