Default Houston Dealership

Hey guys,

Does anyone know a good dealership in Houston that would fix my clutch sticking problem?

I went to Sterling McCall Nissan this week to get it fixed, but they turned me down as they say that it was my hydraulic fluid being dirty that caused my clutch to stick. My car has 27,000 miles on it, but I've went to that dealership for the same reason 6 months ago~! The first time they could not duplicate the problem and said the car was fine. I've searched this forum to find out that the master cylinder was the problem as the seal would not hold up when it gets hot. The technician was explaining to me that it was b/c my fluid was dirty. They said they would need to flush the fluid out to fix the problem. Of course, this is not covered by warranty and they wanted to charge $150+ for it.

Did you guys have this problem? If so, how did you fix it? and which dealership and which person did you talk to?

Thanks so much for your help.
Andy

Good luck with any Nissan dealership.
Try Robbins in Humble.

True.

I have not experienced a dealership to date that has not in some way tried to rip me off. And I've been to countless dealers.

Yeah....all of'em suck. You can try flushing the fluid out yourself....do a search, sure there is a thread that'll show you how to flush it out...GL

Can't even get a simple oil change from Nissan w/o issues.
